I had a simpler, early-stage experience that focused on behavioral questions and how I communicated past research and data work, with a quick round structure.

First screen (short video call) — A brief interview, sometimes not well planned, where I explained my background and prior project work.
Second stage (in-person/expanded interviews) — In some cases, there was an additional in-person set of interviews with analysts; questions stayed centered on fit and the details of my research. Outcome: No offer; I took away that clear storytelling about projects matters even in early, quick rounds.
