I interviewed for the Business Analyst role with a common two-stage template: a short remote interview followed by an intensive superday, and most questions were fit-and-background driven.

Round 1 (remote, ~30–45 min) — I met with two analysts or a small panel; the questions covered my experience and specifically how I worked with data, plus general behavioral prompts.
Round 2 (superday) — I then went through an office-based day with about 4 interviews (often 30 minutes each) and time to ask questions; it felt structured and friendly, with lunch included in some flows.
No case studies — Across the timeline, the emphasis was on discussing research/projects rather than doing a formal case. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was to prepare to explain your data
