I experienced a relatively straightforward, interview-light process where the core focus was fit and explaining data-heavy past work, with fairly standard questioning.

Intro screen — A quick initial round (sometimes with HR or two analysts) focused on my background and my experience working with data.
Second stage (in office / superday style) — A later set of interviews with senior people and at least one longer onsite discussion, still centered on teamwork, past experience, and how I approached research.
No case interview — Multiple accounts emphasized there wasn’t a formal case study; instead, I had to explain my projects clearly. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that even when questions felt “easy,” you needed crisp explanations
