I interviewed for the Business Analyst role at systems-development-and-analysis and experienced it as mostly straightforward and fit-focused, with the main challenge being how clearly I could explain my data work.

First-round interview — A ~30-minute conversation with an analyst/associate where I discussed my research experience and answered standard behavioral questions; there was usually time to ask questions back.
Second-round interviews — Another conversational round (often involving senior analysts/managers) that stayed similar: behavioral plus a deeper focus on past projects and how I worked with data.
Case component (or lack of it) — I did not see a consistent case requirement; the emphasis was generally on communication, teamwork, and project walkthroughs rather than coding.
