Worcester, MAPosted Jul 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a brief phone conversation that felt more like a fit check than a test.

The interviewer mostly asked about what I was looking for at ADI and how my background lined up with the role. I walked through past work and projects, and the discussion stayed fairly high level.

What surprised me was how little technical depth there was—there were no real technical questions, just the standard sort of conversation about motivations and experience. It ended quickly and cleanly, and the overall vibe was straightforward and low-pressure, more about whether I made sense for the company than whether I could solve engineering problems on the spot.
