Boston, MAPosted Jun 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a phone screen, and then there was a pair programming challenge.

After passing that step, I moved into an in-person technical interview that felt fairly easy-going.

The in-person portion lasted for a few hours, and I was given one more programming challenge along with design and architecture questions. The questions weren’t overly intense, which made the day feel manageable. I didn’t end up with a great offer, and since I was a new grad, the whole result felt more like they compared me against candidates at a different stage.
