I interviewed for the Business Analyst role and the early steps went fine, but it stalled after the writing portion.

Application + online assessment link — I applied online and received an assessment link.
Recruiter call — the day after, a recruiter contacted me and invited me to a writing test.
Writing test — I completed the assessment.
No follow-through — after submitting, I emailed for updates and didn’t receive responses. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that the process felt responsive upfront but lacked closing communication after the test.
