I interviewed for the Business Analyst role and found the overall journey easy and supportive, moving from online testing to an in-person chat and an Excel exercise.

Pre-screen tests (Wonderlic / IQ-style) — I completed an online Wonderlic-type assessment before any face-to-face interaction.
Onsite: manager conversation — I spent about 30 minutes talking with a manager about the role.
Onsite: Excel exercise — the next part was about 30 minutes of Excel work related to the job. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the key takeaway was that the questions and practical tasks were presented as straightforward and mainly assessed clear writing/communication and basic analytical ability.
