My path began at a college job fair and then moved into interviews that included a mix of recruiter/phone contact and deeper interaction with hiring managers and team members, including a group component.

Job fair HR meeting — I connected with HR at a college job fair.
Phone interview — I followed up with a phone interview.
In-person personal interview — I then did an individual in-person interview.
Half-day group interview — I spent a half day meeting with hiring managers and team members in a group format. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and the takeaway was that the process emphasized broad team interaction after the initial screens.
