My view of the process came from how it was described to me: it typically started with an online application, then a recruiter phone screening, plus role-specific online assessments.

After being shortlisted, candidates would go through multiple rounds that could include behavioral interviews, technical or case-based questions, and sometimes panels. The goal was to judge both skills and cultural fit, and the whole thing usually wrapped in about two to four weeks.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I found the described structure to be consistent with the way the process was expected to run.
