My interview was structured as 30 minutes plus another 30 minutes of technical discussion.

The questions were LeetCode easy to medium and heavily focused on string manipulation. At multiple points, the interviewer also asked about my resume and my previous internship experience.

The main signal I got was that they wanted confidence in the data structures and in the skills I claimed. When I answered, I tried to keep my reasoning grounded in how I’d actually used those skills before.

I received an offer. What stayed with me afterward was how the string-focused questions matched my background conversation—everything felt tied together rather than random.
