After applying online, I went through an HR screening where the focus was my background, experience, and what I was most interested in.

About a week later I had a technical conversation that centered on my core skills and problem-solving, with a few scenario-style prompts to see how I thought in practice. The interviewer was friendly and even gave hints as I worked through my answers, so it never felt like I was being “tested” so much as guided through the discussion.

The final step was a shorter managerial round. That one leaned into how I work with others, how I handle deadlines, and how I respond when challenges pop up in real projects. Overall, the tone stayed fairly constructive and the process felt smooth and well
