The whole interview process stretched a bit—over a month from start to finish—but it wasn’t especially complicated.

What surprised me was that they ran all three rounds on the same day, which made the day feel packed and intense. It also seemed like they had an urgent hiring need, so the scheduling moved quickly once everything was set.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience itself didn’t feel like it was designed to trip me up—it felt more like a fast, compressed evaluation once they decided to move forward.
