My process included a technical test and a group assessment center.

The technical test was challenging, and then the individual interview pulled directly from what I’d submitted—so it wasn’t just a separate Q&A afterward. They also asked some basic behavioral questions, but the main thread was understanding my thinking behind my earlier answers.

It was intense, but it also felt fair because the questions were anchored to my work from the technical test. I didn’t get an offer, though, and the overall experience still left me feeling like I had a real shot to show how I reason.
