American Express Software Engineer interview experience

I ended up doing two interviews there, and both were technical. The whole vibe was pretty matter-of-fact: they weren’t trying to trick me so much as confirm I understood what I’d answered earlier.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I left feeling like the process was consistent and anchored to my own work rather than moving entirely into brand-new topics.
