After I passed the technical interview, the process moved into follow-up calls where I was told I’d be moving forward in team matching.

I ended up with two phone calls as part of that stage.

What dragged the experience down was the wait after that. It had been more than a month before I heard anything back, and the communication felt poor. Even though I had cleared the technical step, the lack of timely updates made the overall process feel frustrating and uncertain.

I ultimately didn’t get an offer, and honestly the biggest reflection I’m left with is that clearing the technical hurdle wasn’t enough to make the experience feel smooth.
