American Express Software Engineer interview experience

First was a technical assessment, then a manager round that was centered on leadership qualities, and finally an HR round focused on salary and benefits and confirmation if everything looked good.

The structure made it easy to understand where I was in the process and what each stage cared about. I received an offer, and overall it felt smooth rather than stressful.
