I interviewed for an American Eagle store role and it was very easy, mostly because the process was informal and focused on fit, availability, and basic customer-support expectations.

Group interview (outside the store) — I sat with a few other candidates and answered straightforward questions that centered on how I’d work with the team and what my availability looked like.
Basic conversation about customer support and brand interest — I talked through why I wanted the job, what I knew about the company, and how I’d handle customer needs.
Outcome: I found the screening low-pressure, and the takeaway was that showing you’re reliable and easy to work with outweighed anything technical.
