I had an easy in-store interview that centered on basic self-introduction and how I’d work with customers.

In-person same-day conversation — I covered my work ethic, work history, and career plans, along with whether I’m comfortable with people.
Store-side questionnaire + general fit questions — I answered basic questions about why I wanted AEO and reflected on my strengths and weaknesses. Outcome: No offer was indicated, but the takeaway is that the process was designed to quickly gauge customer comfort and brand interest.
