I had a more engaging interview experience that included practical exercises like outfit-building, and it felt welcoming rather than overly formal.

Onsite outfit task + value-based discussion — I worked through a task to put together an outfit, then talked about what I valued when walking into a store. It was challenging but manageable, and the interviewers were nice.
Fun, interactive manager interview (offer on the spot) — I was asked interesting questions, put together outfits during the interview, and ended up being hired immediately. Outcome: One outcome was an instant hire, and the takeaway was that hands-on brand exercises (like outfit assembly) can be a key way they evaluate fit quickly.
