I interviewed for an Account Executive role and the overall experience felt uneven, with a single hiring-manager meeting that didn’t build momentum.

Hiring manager interview — I had a first interview with the hiring manager that felt unengaging; they didn’t ask meaningful questions and didn’t seem invested.
After-interview follow-up — After I sent a thank-you email, I never received a response, not even a decline. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the main takeaway was that the lack of engagement and follow-up left a poor impression.
