I had a quick, low-stress in-store interview that felt like a fast confirmation of basic readiness, with offers given immediately in at least one case.

Manager-led quick side conversation — I was taken aside by the manager and asked very basic questions like why I wanted to work there; I was told to expect an email soon.
Extremely short hiring conversation — The manager asked only a handful of questions and made it clear I’d need to wear AE or no-logo merch; it felt like they were moving quickly to staffing.
Availability-based closeout — I answered availability questions and then found out at the end whether I was hired, with retail experience being a plus. Outcome: I didn’t move forward for the set where offers weren’t
