I had a very direct, fast-moving interview that felt more like a quick availability-and-fit check for an Account Executive role, often ending the same day.

Short intake + manager availability questions — I was asked my availability/hours almost immediately, plus what experience I had and why I wanted the position.
Casual in-store interview — I met the store manager (sometimes with other staff nearby) and answered basic “getting to know you” questions.
On-the-floor / practical check — In some cases I interviewed on the floor and discussed how I’d help customers during day-to-day tasks.
Customer service mini-scenarios — I handled simple prompts about selling politely and what to do with common customer situations.
