I went through a short, casual in-store interview that felt more like a fit check than a competitive screening, with results coming quickly.

Onsite (store questionnaire + chat) — I answered a brief set of general questions on a computer behind the register, plus a conversation about why I wanted AEO and my strengths and weaknesses.
Very short personality + interview — I completed a quick personality-style questionnaire, then had a 5–10 minute chat with another interviewer focused on my background and how I’d fit the role. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the process was extremely low-pressure and focused on basic alignment rather than hard questions.
