I experienced a more challenging interview journey than average for this Account Executive role, largely because the format was group-heavy (and in one case in French), which made it harder to get airtime.

Group interview — I sat in a larger group where questions were asked turn-by-turn, but it was difficult to get my chance to speak; the organization around the process also felt poorly run.
In-language group discussion (French) — I was asked job- and experience-related questions in French, and I had to insert myself confidently into the conversation.
Customer/problem scenarios + product opinions — I answered scenario prompts (like handling a customer request you can’t immediately fulfill) and also talked about things like a favorite pair of jeans and why.
