After a short recruiter-style step, I had an in-person interview that genuinely felt welcoming and fun.

The manager asked me interesting questions and kept the energy upbeat, and the format went beyond the usual back-and-forth—she had me put together outfits as part of the interview. It was hands-on and fast-paced in a way that made it easier to show how I think about style rather than just talk about it.

What made the experience stand out was how quickly it moved from conversation into decision-making. The manager didn’t drag the process out or make it feel like a long evaluation; it felt more like an active check-in that let me demonstrate fit on the spot. I ended up being hired right there
