I had a quick, straightforward group-to-manager flow.

I walked into the process expecting something else, and I realized it was going to be a group interview where they asked a mix of questions, including a prompt about picking a celebrity who would be a great influencer or model. After that group round, I had a one-on-one interview with a store manager.

That manager interview was more standard and focused on me directly—talking through my experience and interest in the role—so it felt like the best parts of the interview were the direct conversation. I ended up receiving an offer, and overall it felt pretty streamlined rather than drawn out.
