After I signed up on the platform, I got invited to an online interview with HR.

Then I had two interviews with the team from the area—one online and one in person—so I got some variety in how the conversation was run.

The whole selection process was pretty quick, taking a little more than a month end to end. The experience felt straightforward in terms of progression, and by the time I finished the in-person meeting, I had a clearer picture of how the team worked and what they were evaluating. I ended up receiving an offer.
