My process felt like it had clear stages, but the landing spots were tough.

I started with a recruiter screening, then moved to a follow-up phone interview. At that point I was asked to complete an assessment, and I struggled—especially with managing time in a short 45-minute window.

After that, the rest of the process I saw across interviews followed the classic progression: DSA rounds up front, then a system design step, and finally a mixed technical discussion with behavioral questions. One of the parts that stood out was how much they drilled into projects I’d mentioned; even when the interviewers seemed friendly, they still wanted detailed explanations.
