My timeline started with an online application, and then I waited a while for the next step.

Eventually I got an online coding test that lasted almost four hours, and it arrived roughly three weeks after I applied.

After that, a recruiter reached out for final interviews—three rounds total. Those rounds ended up being the main opportunity to prove I could do the job, but the process didn’t turn into an offer for me.

What stood out most was how long the first wait period was before the coding test, and how after that, the follow-up rounds moved decisively.
