I went through four rounds of interviews, starting with DSA and then continuing into additional technical and behavioral evaluation.

Leadership principles came up repeatedly, and in each conversation the focus was on how my past experiences connected to those principles alongside my technical thinking.

The technical topics were pretty varied. I discussed projects and got pulled into specific design-style and systems-adjacent questions like designing a leaderboard and talking through file system concepts (including commands like pwd and cd). I also answered questions where GenAI use cases in testing and debugging were relevant, which made the discussion feel more like real-world engineering than pure textbook coding.
