After my early screens, the loop for the SDE role ended up being three interviews with a pretty clear split of technical and behavioral expectations.

I had a technical coding round focused on problem-solving and data structures, then a behavioral round covering past experiences and teamwork, and finally a low-level design round that tested object-oriented design thinking along with scalability and system design ability.

What surprised me was how much the evaluation anchored around strong fundamentals.
