My process started with an online technical assessment that asked me to share my screen while I worked.

The tasks were basic coding problems that were similar in spirit to LeetCode, and I could pick a language to implement in.

What stood out was how straightforward it felt—no trick prompts, and it seemed to be judged on merit. I didn’t get any sense of the experience being designed to “catch” me; it felt more like a clean filter based on whether I could implement working solutions under the assessment constraints.
