My loop was very structured and ended up spanning four rounds.

I started with a DSA-focused round, then moved into two lower-level design rounds, and those LLD sessions weren’t just about implementation details—they included discussion of gen AI best practices in one of them. Leadership/behavioral questions also showed up throughout, not just in a dedicated slot.

By the time I reached the final behavioral/LP-heavy round, it felt like the bar was higher there than anywhere else. I had to connect my behavioral responses tightly to leadership principles, and I noticed they expected me to reference specific LP themes consistently across different questions.
