Seattle, WAPosted Jun 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through five rounds.

One interviewer acted as a gatekeeper focused on network fundamentals, and then there was one leadership-principles question.

The remaining four rounds were loop interviews centered on Amazon leadership principles plus core networking and automation, and those also included two leadership-principles questions per loop round. It was very clearly structured around measuring networking depth and how I described my leadership behaviors repeatedly across rounds.
