Amazon Business Analyst interview experience

I had two interviews total, and both included behavioral questions grounded in Amazon’s leadership approach.

The second interview included a business case where I had to calculate profit and work through a percentage-type part of the problem. It wasn’t just theory—I had to think through numbers and explain how I reached the outcome.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience did feel straightforward in terms of what they wanted to see: applied reasoning tied back to leadership behaviors, plus a basic quantitative problem-solving moment.
