My process began with an OA that lasted across three rounds, and the questions were mostly easy to medium.

I also remember an added step where I had to go through the code from the OA back with the interviewer, spending about 45 minutes explaining what I did and how I reasoned.

The pacing was intense in a very specific way: the OA included lots of probability and stats estimation questions that were designed to be solved quickly, and I had to express confidence in my answers as well. The questions weren’t just about calculating a single value—I had to provide confidence intervals too, which surprised me because it added a decision/uncertainty component to the usual coding mindset.
