My interview followed a pretty standard structure: I went through leadership principles and had to answer in STAR format.

The questions themselves were fairly straightforward, but the process clearly expected me to be able to communicate structured stories rather than speaking loosely.

The biggest theme for me was time and focus. I put a lot of effort into getting the leadership principle narratives ready because I could tell that was what everything would be anchored to. I ended up with an offer, and even though nothing felt shocking in a bad way, it made me realize how much these stages reward preparation and clarity.
