My process began with an online assessment that included two DSA questions and multiple-choice scenario questions designed to check leadership quality.

After I got shortlisted, I moved into a technical online interview that consisted of two more DSA problems, and I solved it.

The tone of the interviews overall felt organized and consistent, and the questions weren’t purely about abstract coding—they also leaned into leadership expectations and how I think in structured ways.

Even though I made it past the rounds after the assessment and solved the technical portion, I ended up waitlisted rather than receiving an offer. I remember feeling like the process was moving, but not quite landing at a firm yes.
