My process leaned on behavior heavily, and the biggest pattern I noticed was how much STAR mattered.

The HR round was described as a place where they wanted maximum use of STAR so the answers didn’t turn into loose storytelling.

While HR sounded like it would be purely behavioral, there was still a technical element that could show up unexpectedly—at points, a technical interviewer joined and asked technical questions. That made me stay alert even during rounds that sounded more conversational.

The overall tone felt steady, and HR itself came across as positive. I didn’t get an offer, and I left with the sense that I needed to be even more disciplined about using STAR to keep my examples
