I started with an assessment that took about three hours, and it was a mix of a LeetCode-style problem plus a full-stack debugging question where an AI assistant was provided to help in the process.

After the assessment, there was a wait of roughly two weeks, and then I got the interview call.

My loop ended up being four rounds. The first round combined behavioral questions with a LeetCode coding problem. After that, the second round was very behavior and leadership-principles focused. The third and fourth rounds both blended behavioral with another LeetCode problem, and the coding questions were generally in the medium range.
