My process dragged on longer than I expected.

I completed a workstyle assessment, then had a two-person panel interview. The panel itself felt like a real conversation, but the overall pace was slow.

After the interview, I ended up waitlisted, and that delay stretched everything out. It took about three months from the panel interview to get my offer decision. Looking back, the hardest part wasn’t really the questions—it was the uncertainty and the waiting, since it felt like the momentum stopped after I finished speaking to the interviewers.
