I went through a two-round process, and each session had a similar rhythm.

Before the coding, there was time reserved for resume deep dives and leadership principles, then the bulk of the time went to a live LeetCode-style coding challenge.

The interviews felt well-structured and rigorous, with an even split between cultural alignment and algorithmic problem-solving under pressure.
