I had a fairly direct technical-focused start.

During my screening, they tested SQL and also asked behavioral questions. The session lasted about an hour with two interviewers, and it started with introductions before I moved into the questions.

The SQL portion included hands-on work like a live coding challenge, and the behavioral part was interleaved after the setup. In a separate screening step, I also remember getting SQL exercises and being asked about the definitions and comparisons of SQL functions. The overall tone was practical, like they wanted to see how I reasoned through queries rather than just reciting theory.
