My process felt like a pretty classic Amazon loop, and it all started with a phone screening.

After that, I had four loop interviews in a row, all centered on the same core themes: DSA, system design, and Amazon Leadership Principles. A big part of the way I was evaluated was how I connected those prompts back to the projects I’d done before, so I wasn’t just talking about abstract problems—I was walking through real work and how it mapped to the principles.
