I applied and eventually got a call after completing the tests.

The phone interview was done through their Chime-based setup, and the recruiter was very friendly and attentive.

Despite the nerves I felt going in, the conversation ended up being a good experience. The interview format was straightforward and felt more like coordination than a hard grilling, and it left me feeling like I understood what was being evaluated. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the recruiter side of the process was the least stressful part.
