Bellevue, WAPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I first received behavioral questions by email, and that set the tone for how much they were going to lean on leadership-style stories.

Then I had two phone interviews—one more behavioral with the hiring manager and another that was meant to cover technical topics. I had expected SQL and Excel technical questions, but during the first round I didn’t get any technical questions at all, which made the setup feel a little inconsistent.

Eventually there was a final long interview that lasted several hours (about four to five), where I faced a heavier combined format. Even with the effort, I didn’t end up getting an offer, and what was frustrating was how the process seemed to stall or change direction afterward.
