MilanPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview in Milan felt fairly simple and more conversational than intense.

I had mostly easy behavioral-style questions and then a case interview, and the total interview time was about an hour.

People seemed open and willing to listen, and the interviewers asked clear questions. What stood out was that when there was uncertainty, they would ask questions to clarify rather than letting things stay ambiguous. Overall it felt like a low-friction process, and I ended up with a clear, positive impression of how the session was run.
