The process was structured like an L4 loop where the format emphasized principles after the OA, so instead of more SQL, I had multiple LP-only rounds.

Once I got into the loop, the experience felt more about how I described my past work than about solving new technical problems on the spot. I answered using STAR, tying each response back to leadership principles and focusing on concrete experiences. That also helped me stay organized, because the questions kept asking me to demonstrate how I operated in real situations.
