My interview loop followed a very consistent pattern: a leadership-principle behavioral question first, then a LeetCode medium or hard problem.

This happened across two rounds.

The behavioral side pushed me to go deeper, and it wasn’t enough to give a generic STAR response. I ended up reviewing a list of LeetCode problems ahead of time because I could tell the technical rounds were meant to be discussed in depth after the initial prompt. The overall feel was that the interviewers wanted a combination of strong story structure and the ability to tackle harder problem-solving under scrutiny.
